Making Skiing Affordable

Arrowhead Nordic Ski Club has two programs that help families get their kids involved in Nordic Skiing.

  1. The ANSC Rental Program which is available to all participants in either Jackrabbit, Track Attack or ARC. We rent a full set of skis for $60 to take home for the entire season. Kids can use the skis in their backyard, for races or for family outings as well as having good equipment for their participation in lessons. Donations to this program will help to purchase much-needed new inventory. The skis are always in demand and we can never outfit everyone.

  2. The Kids’ Bursary fund provides support for families in need so that they can participate in the youth programs. Families need to apply in the fall for acceptance in the winter programs.

Your donation goes directly to either purchasing skis or supporting needy families. There is no other overhead for these programs. They are run by volunteers and every dollar goes to the kids. Thank you for your support.
