Here is how it works:

1.      Drop off and register your used equipment on:

• Thurs Oct 29,

• Fri Oct 30 or

• Sat Oct 31 (by 3 pm Saturday)  

at Algonquin Outfitters in downtown Huntsville.

To do this, download the Ski Swap Intake Form , print it and list the items that you are selling. Please provide as much detail as possible. If you are having trouble pricing items, leave it blank and the swap volunteers can help you when you bring your stuff to Algonquin Outfitters. We will also have blank forms at the Swap Intake.

2.      Come to the Ski Swap at Arrowhead Provincial Park, on Sunday, Nov 1, from 11 am to 1 pm. to purchase items. Arrive early as the items move quickly. Payment accepted are: cash, e-transfer or debit. E-transfer is to be made out to treasurer@arrowheadnordic.ca

3.      Unsold equipment can be:

• picked up immediately after the Ski Swap at Arrowhead (1:00 pm)

• picked up at the clubhouse on Saturday, November 8, from 10 am to noon

• placed on consignment at Algonquin Outfitters (please see their terms on the intake form)

• donated to the club

The club will retain 20% of sales.
